Experienced Web Developer

DMS, Inc. at NCI-Frederick in Frederick MD is seeking an individual to implement and manage websites and web-based systems.  Eligible candidates must meet the following requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in web development;
• Minimum of 3 years experience with C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio.NET, OOP, layered architecture, and SQL;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Bachelor degree in related field;
• Only applicants eligible for full-time employment in the United States will be considered.

Successful candidate will:

• Participate in project planning;
• Overall website design, and site management;
• Evaluate and implement new technologies;
• Conceptualize long-term needs of clients; and
• Work with peers in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
