DMS was recently honored to be recognized as one of Frederick County, Maryland's Top 5 "Family-Friendly Workplaces" and "Best Place to Work". DMS CEO Jim Racheff accept the award and summarized the DMS philosophy simply: "Take care of the people, and everything else will take care of itself. Our employees have made us successful enough to create a work environment based on mutual care and respect - this award is a reflection of their hard work and dedication."
